VSynergize Conducts a Powerful “Wellness & Management” Program

Eminent Indian Monk Swami Vivekanand once famously said, “The powers of the mind are like the rays of the Sun; when they are concentrated, they illuminate.” But in today’s highly competitive and stressful business world, is it really possible to train our minds to work better and have a laser-sharp focus without any external efforts? Surely NO.
You need to inculcate some techniques to act accordingly. With an aim to empower its employees, VSynergize conducted a 5-day Wellness and Management program. The goal of this program was to educate employees about the power of meditation, management, and collaboration skills to live a far more successful, healthier, and happier life.
This program was organized under the mentorship of Trish Agarwal, CMO & CoFounder – VSynergize, and executed by Dr. Virat Chirania, an eminent meditation teacher, life coach, and motivational speaker. Virat is also an international faculty of the Art of Living Foundation (AOL), a non-profit, educational, and humanitarian organization founded by Gurudev Shree Shree Ravi Shankar.
This week-long interactive program got a phenomenal response, where top executives of various departments participated, got a chance to know colleagues better, and learned successful mantras related to various aspects of personal and professional life. The session covered various aspects of communication skills, creative thinking, mind management, leadership skills, and time management skills.
Being associated with AOL and having expertise in various forms of meditation exercises, Dr. Virat taught employees the benefits of Yoga and Meditation. He taught various ‘Kriyas’ that include ‘Sudarshan Kriya’ – a powerful breathing technique that helps reduce stress, anxiety, negative emotions and acts as a great medium to heal the mind, body, and soul.
The program saw an impressive participation rate where employees were engaged in various fun-driven, team bonding activities as well, Each activity ended with a learning of various management skills that we often either ignore or do not feel are important. Employees felt enthusiastic and delighted to be part of this thoughtful program. Seeing the great positive response from this program, VSynergize plans to organize a similar event in the near future.
